Terms of service

General Terms of Sale:

• All prices listed on the Company’s website are provided for customer convenience and are subject to change at any time.  Reed Valley Ranch (“Company”) reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
• For Bulk Beef Share purchases, the Company will charge the Customer a deposit to reserve the requested share size.
• All deposits paid to the Company are non-refundable.
• The Company will address any questions regarding final cut selections as needed.
• Once the allocated cattle have been harvested, butchered, dry-aged, vacuum-sealed, and frozen, the Company will notify the Customer of the final weight of the Customer’s beef allotment.
• The Company will issue the Customer a final invoice for the remaining balance due based on the final weight.The Company will coordinate with the Customer to arrange final delivery. At this time, the Company offers local hand delivery only.
• Due to Order Volume and fluctuating inventory, the Company is unable to hold shipments. if an issue or emergency arises, the Customer should contact the company, and the company will make all reasonable efforts to assist.
• The Company reserves the right to restrict or refuse sales based on delivery feasibility, including distance or other logistical limitations.
