HOW IT WORKS
- Choose and place a deposit on a share of a live cow from our herd of 100% Black Angus cattle.
- Humanely and ethically raised on our grass pasture in Southern California.
- Choose between a leaner Grass finish, or Grain finished for what we believe is a superior taste.
- Customizable cuts when you choose a Half or Whole share.
- Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the purchase.
- A local butcher will slaughter and process the cow.
- The carcass will be hung for 21 days after slaughter.
- The meat will be vacuum sealed and labeled.
- Hand delivered to your door.
- Free Local Delivery within 80 Mile Radius.

Final price is calculated at $15 per Lb
QUARTER
100-120Lbs = $1500-$1800
HALF
200-225Lbs = $3000-$3375
WHOLE
400-450Lbs = $6000-$6750

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

- The Final weight and Price will vary from cow to cow, so only after the meat has been prepared will you receive a final weight and price.
