HOW IT WORKS
- Choose and place a deposit on a share of a live cow from our herd of 100% Black Angus cattle.
- Humanely and ethically raised on our grass pasture in Southern California.
- Choose between a leaner Grass finish, or Grain finished for what we believe is a superior taste.
- Customizable cuts when you choose a Half or Whole share.
- Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the purchase.
- A local butcher will slaughter at the ranch for the lowest stress/adrenaline as possible.
- The carcass will be hung for 18- 21 days after slaughter and processed at the local butcher shop.
- The meat will be vacuum sealed and labeled.
- Hand delivered to your door.
- Free Local Delivery within 80 Mile Radius.
